Digital twin of Cosigua water supply system
Goal: Our journey includes creating a digital twin for Cosigua’s water supply system. Our main objective is to detect leaks and identify opportunities to reduce energy costs in pumps and cooling towers.
Current Project Progress: We have made significant progress. We train energy cost optimization algorithms using one month of data. These algorithms proved to be accurate, faithfully capturing the behavior of Gerdau's pumps and cooling towers. We have already identified signs of leaks, consolidating our expertise.
