Digital Twin Applied to Fermentation Tanks
Goal: To increase the productivity of breweries by accurately identifying the end of the fermentation process. In most breweries, the fermentation process takes 10 to 30 days. Using artificial intelligence, Mindsim was able to predict the point at which this process ended and the final characteristics of the product, allowing the manager to correctly replace the product with another, helping to manage the fermentation tanks Next step: Proof of concept to test algorithms online.
