Challenges:

- Reduction in reliability due to inaccurate classification of tasks, leading to subjective and manual interpretation of priorities;

- Room for improvement: Prioritization guided by historical (statistical) parameters, for example. Number of failures, past condition, operation scenario, etc.;

- The most common reason for equipment unavailability was planning, in 2016;

- Deck department: approx. 50% of jobs are a priority;

- The priority of work is misclassified over time based on the Subsea 7 prioritization model.
