Goal: To anticipate potential problems when diagnosing micro leaks in electric arc furnaces (FEA). We work tirelessly to identify small faults before they turn into major leaks, preventing risks to equipment and ensuring the safety of employees, especially after past experiences at Cosigua. Additionally, we meet essential insurer requirements by closely monitoring FEA.

Current Project Progress: We have reached a significant milestone. We acquired state-of-the-art sensors and conducted bench tests, collecting crucial data. Our specialized team analyzed this information, culminating in the design of the first algorithm.
